The planning phase happens like this: 

• Initial consultation between you and Chris

• Delivery of detailed plan and budget document 

• Follow up meeting with you to answer questions and get your stamp of approval

Basic package

Our basic package allows clients the trouble free maintenance at affordable rates.  The basic package includes:

• mowing all lawn areas

• Edging all lawn areas bi-weekly

• Fertilizing 3-4 times a year

• Spraying out grass areas using commercial grade herbicides.
• ​Blowing all patios and walkways
  

Basic package plus

The basic package plus is full service hands on maintenance program. This allows the you to live free of yard maintenance and enjoy the excellence.

The basic package plus includes:

• mowing all lawn areas

• ​Edging all lawn areas weekly
  
• ​Spraying out all lawn area and flower beds
  
• ​Trimming all shrubs, cutting back perennials and pruning trees under 15ft
  
• ​Fertilizing 4 times a year
  
• Blowing all patios and walkways
